By accessing or using Fippix ("Service"), operated by Fippix ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Service

Fippix is an AI-powered website builder that generates professional websites for local service businesses. The Service includes:

• AI-generated 5-page websites with professional copy and images
• SEO optimization including meta tags, structured data, and sitemap generation
• A customer dashboard for managing logos, images, and site content
• Website hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS configuration
• Up to 5 website regenerations per month per subscription

3. Accounts & Registration

To use Fippix, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to keep this information updated.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Additional website regenerations beyond your monthly allowance (5/month) are charged at $5 per generation
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to active subscribers
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

5. Referral Program

Fippix offers a referral program where you can earn 5% lifetime commission on subscriptions from customers you refer. Key terms:

• Commissions are paid as long as the referred customer maintains an active subscription
• Commissions are forfeited if the referred customer cancels or their payment fails
• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the referral program with 30 days notice
• Referral fraud or abuse will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of commissions
• Commission payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and payout schedule determined by Fippix

6. AI-Generated Content

Fippix uses artificial intelligence to generate website content, copy, and imagery. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or suited to your business
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication
• You own the website content generated for your business through our Service
• We use third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude) to power generation
• Images are sourced from Unsplash and are subject to Unsplash's license terms

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fippix to:

• Create websites promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or harmful content
• Impersonate other businesses or individuals
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business websites

8. Intellectual Property

The Fippix platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Fippix and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business information and content. We retain ownership of the platform and generation technology.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Access continues until the end of the current billing period
• Your generated websites may be taken offline after the billing period ends
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated websites will achieve specific business results, including search engine rankings.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fippix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
