We use trusted third-party services to operate Fippix. Each has their own privacy policy:

• Anthropic (Claude) — AI model used to generate website content
• OpenAI — AI model used for image validation
• PayPal — Payment processing and subscription billing
• Unsplash — Source of licensed photography for generated sites
• MongoDB Atlas — Encrypted cloud database for storing your data
• Namecheap — Domain registration and DNS management (when used)

We do not sell your data to any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on MongoDB Atlas with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security practices including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Bcrypt password hashing — we never store plain-text passwords
• JWT session tokens with expiration and server-side revocation
• Regular security reviews and access controls

No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Fippix uses minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function:

• Session cookie — keeps you logged in (HttpOnly, Secure)
• Preference cookies — remembers your settings

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. We do not use Google Analytics or similar third-party analytics services.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion:

• Your generated websites are taken offline immediately
• Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by law
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

Fippix is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
